This Agreement to arbitrate shall continue in full force and effect despite the expiration, rescission, or termination of this Agreement. All arbitrations will be undertaken pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Both parties agree to pay their own attorney fees and costs, regardless of outcome, and the parties knowingly and voluntarily waive their rights to have their dispute tried and adjudicated by a judge or jury. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, CA.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
